Morgan Stanley Auction Rate Securities Repurchase Offer

In 2009, Morgan Stanley, along with other settling firms, agreed to repurchase certain illiquid eligible Auction Rate Securities (ARS) at par from eligible holders. Eligible holders had the option to accept or not accept the offer. The final deadline for eligible holders to accept the Auction Rate Securities repurchase offer was December 31, 2009 and the offer is now closed.
